Lead Support Specialist

We are hiring Lead Support Specialist.

• A Canadian business consulting firm offering tailored solutions in marketing, financial planning, IT/web/app development, and business operations to help companies grow and succeed.
• Role Overview:
• We are seeking a motivated Lead Support Specialist to manage leads, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Manage and pursue leads to drive business growth and conversion
• - Resolve complex customer issues, escalations, and feedback in a timely and effective manner- Develop and implement support processes to enhance customer experience- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales) to drive business growth- Monitor and analyze support metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive initiatives- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention- Coordinate and book appointments for the sales team and CEO as needed
• Requirements:
• - Education: Bachelor's degree from a top-ranked university in Karachi
• - Experience: 1+ years in customer support, preferably with global companies- Experience in lead management or similar role
• Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
- Experience with support software and systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• - Experience with CRM tools and customer feedback systems
• - Knowledge of support metrics and KPIs (CSAT, FTR, etc.)
