About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead – Talent Acquisition who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment while driving hiring strategies for diverse business needs. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling teams and stakeholders, along with hands-on expertise in volume hiring, KPO hiring, and campus hiring.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle independently – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of hiring with business goals.
- Drive hiring across IT, KPO, and volume-based roles.
- Plan and execute campus hiring programs to strengthen talent pipelines.
- Build and maintain strong vendor and partner relationships.
- Provide insights and recruitment metrics to leadership for effective decision-making.
- Implement best practices to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Key Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 8–10 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong exposure to stakeholder management and team handling (past experience).
- Must be willing and capable to work as an independent contributor in the current role.
- Hands-on experience in campus hiring, KPO hiring, and large-scale/volume hiring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working from office (5 days a week).
