Job Title: Lead – Talent Acquisition
Location: Hyderabad

Qualification: MBA (HR or related specialization preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead – Talent Acquisition who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment while driving hiring strategies for diverse business needs. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling teams and stakeholders, along with hands-on expertise in volume hiring, KPO hiring, and campus hiring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle independently – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of hiring with business goals.
  • Drive hiring across IT, KPO, and volume-based roles.
  • Plan and execute campus hiring programs to strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor and partner relationships.
  • Provide insights and recruitment metrics to leadership for effective decision-making.
  • Implement best practices to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Key Requirements
  • MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • 8–10 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong exposure to stakeholder management and team handling (past experience).
  • Must be willing and capable to work as an independent contributor in the current role.
  • Hands-on experience in campus hiring, KPO hiring, and large-scale/volume hiring.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working from office (5 days a week).

Good to Have
  • Experience in employer branding initiatives.
  • Knowledge of recruitment automation tools and ATS.
  • Vendor management experience.
