As our Lead, Talent Acquisition analytics you will move beyond standard reporting to identify trends, produce insights, and build predictive and prescriptive models that inform hiring strategy. Reporting to the VP, People, you will partner with leaders from Talent Acquisition, People and Culture, and Finance. Together, you will translate data into clear recommendations and scenario-based insights for workforce planning and executive decisions. You will combine technical expertise, business understanding, and curiosity to improve hiring outcomes and guide data-informed decisions. This is a remote position in the United States.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be:Lead advanced analysis of Talent Acquisition data to identify trends, drivers, and risks across hiring volume, time to fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, and talent outcomes.
Build predictive and prescriptive models to forecast hiring demand, identify bottlenecks, and assess the impact of changes in sourcing strategy, recruiter capacity, and process design.
Deliver dashboards and analytics that explain what happened, why it happened, and what actions to take.
Translate data into clear, applicable recommendations and executive-ready insights to support workforce planning and decisions.
Develop scalable data models and reporting frameworks using tools such as Power BI and Excel to support ongoing, automated insights.
Oversee recurring Talent Acquisition analytics deliverables and evolve them to reflect changing priorities.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance by validating assumptions and maintaining clear documentation of methodologies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in analytics, statistics, data science, social sciences (such as psychology, sociology, political science, or economics), information systems, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, workforce analytics, or Human Resources data.
Proficiency in data visualization and modeling tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
Advanced SQL skills required, with experience using SQL for data exploration, transformation, validation, and complex analysis.
Experience working with data warehouses and transforming large datasets to support scalable analytics.
Experience working with applicant tracking systems and integrating hiring data with other people or business datasets.

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The
successful candidate’s actual salary/wage may be based on various factors, such as geographic
location, candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, depending on
the terms of the applicable plan and the employee’s role.
