Lead Teacher

Itasca, United States

We are in search of passionate individuals who want to make a difference in children’s lives and inspire children to become lifelong learners. Every day, you positively will impact the children in your care, their families, and ultimately our local community.

We are looking for someone who lives, breath our core values: Our Core values guide us in the actions we take every day. More specifically, they capture the reasons we strive to do better than the day before. We all need a “why” to enrich our professional and personal lives and to help us understand how we’re making a lasting impact on our community.

Integrity! Character begins here, by what’s right over what’s easy. Choosing others over self. Going above and beyond when no one is looking. We strive to be humble, honest and grateful- and model those values whenever we can.

Relationships! Family is where we started and how we’ve grown. We nurture and build our entire community of children, parents, educators through relationships we form. This means we care deeply about everyone we engage, and we help everyone envision how they belong here.

Responsibility! Thousands of families depend on Kiddie Academy for the safety, health, and well-being of our communities, and we take that responsibility very seriously. We have a responsibility to put our best selves and great effort out into the world every day, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Curiosity! We cultivate curiosity in children every day. It’s an essential part of our curriculum. Curiosity is also how we connect with families and colleagues. It’s the fuel that drives us to always Learn On.

Passion! The innovation and delivery of Early Childhood Education is too essential to do half way. Passion is what drives and inspires us. It’s why we pour all our emotion, energy, and devotion into what we do.

Impact! In everything we do, we aim to build a strong foundation and leave a lasting impression. Far beyond providing a safe, healthy environment for learning and a quality business model behind it. We aspire to create and deliver experiences that last a lifetime.
