What You’ll Do:

Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
Communicate daily with families about their child’s learning and development
Collaborate with co-teachers to create a consistent, nurturing classroom
Inspire curiosity, independence, and joy in every child

Qualifications:

✔ Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
✔ CDA or willingness to earn one (we can help!)
✔ 1–2 years of classroom experience
✔ Strong classroom management & communication skills
✔ Ability to meet state background and physical requirements
