Lead Teacher

Duties:

- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide physical education activities to promote gross motor skills development
- Teach basic math concepts through fun and interactive methods
- Provide tutoring and support to children who may need extra assistance
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns

Skills:

- Strong understanding of child welfare and development
- Ability to create engaging and educational lesson plans
- Patience and compassion when working with children of different abilities
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized daycare environment
