Lead Teacher Childcare

Are you passionate about shaping young minds and creating joyful learning experiences? Do you LOVE working with young children? If so, Bright Minds is looking for YOU! You must have at least 6 months experience working in a licensed child care facility. This position requires experience!

We’re on the hunt for a motivated, nurturing, and creative Teacher who’s ready to make a difference in the lives of our young preschoolers, must have experience in potty-training and diapering procedures and classroom management skills. Here’s why you’ll love being part of our team:

Your Role:

Work with children - young preschoolers 2-1/2 years old and up :

• Create a loving, positive, and safe environment for the kiddos to thrive.
• Engage in arts, crafts, and hands-on learning activities.
• Diapers and potty-training are part of job and experience is required.
• Engage in positive and professional relationships with parents.
• Daily pictures and updates for parents through our App.

Requirements to Join:

• High School Diploma required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or obtain within 30 days).
• Pass a background check.
• Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts).
• Preferred but not required: CDA or 2 year degree in Early Childhood.
