What You’ll Be Doing:
● Create and lead fun, educational lesson plans based on Texas Early Learning Guidelines and center-based curriculum.
● Supervise a classroom of children, keeping them safe, organized, and engaged.
● Build positive relationships with children, parents, and your team.
● Track and document children’s progress.
● Meet with parents to share updates and discuss their child’s growth.
● Follow state regulations and our center’s policies to ensure everything runs smoothly.
● Keep the classroom clean, organized, and full of stimulating activities.
● Address and manage behavioral issues in a positive, supportive way.
● Join in staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: High school diploma required; CDA, Texas Teacher License, Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
Experience: 2 years of previous experience in childcare or early education setting is required.
Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to get it). CDA, Texas Teacher License is a plus.

○ Follows instructions well and enjoys collaborating with others.
