The Opportunity:
- Should be well conversant in developing Teamcenter Functional design and have Tc Solutioning expertise to design complex business process/business application solutions to address cross functional needs
- Understand and be able to transform business requirements to build high level design and come up with functional and technical specifications.
- Should be able to build functional scenarios with the help of usecase, state, sequence diagrams and develop functional requirements
- Strong understanding of Teamcenter data model, 2T/4T architecture, Multisite with exposure to AWC/EWI
- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in designing PLM solutions in Teamcenter and integrated applications
- Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best industry practices.
- Need to take a broader perspective to solve complex business problems and recommend the COTS solutions wherever feasible through proper due diligence and provide high level design to execute innovative plm solutions.
- Need to work independently to solve complex business problems
- Oversee software application configurations, prepare and review test scenarios (unit, integration, performance, acceptance) and data conversions.
- Ability to transform the business requirements to functional scenarios with the help of usecase, state, sequence diagrams and develop functional requirements
- Should have strong inter personal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams to execute the integrated plm solutions meeting business requirements
- Strong functional understanding on TC-CAD integrations like NX/SWIM/TcAI/IPEM and other third party web based applications
- Strong background in product configuration for the product structures in TcMfg/SM and handling Options and Variants
- Should have strong background in building engineering bill of materials and derive manufacturing bill of materials
- Should be well versed with process planning and industry best practices
What are we looking for:
- Teamcenter with TC versions- TC 14 and above
- Strong functional knowledge on TC Modules - My Teamcenter, Workflow Designer, Structure manager, Product Configurator, Manufacturing Process Plannar, Change Manager, Classification, Report builder, Query builder, Access Manager, EP - MBOM Manager, ETO/BTS/CTO Workspaces, PLMXML, TCXML, Stylesheet and Preference Configurations etc.
- Tc CAD Integrations - NX is must.
- Strong functional Knowledge and hands-on relational databases- MSSQL server and Oracle
- Exposure in integrating TcMfg with downstream applications like Rapid Author, EWI and MES systems is plus
- Should be conversant in working with Windows 10 Enterprise, Red Hat Linux OS systems
- Should be conversant with Configuration management tools like bitbucket.
- Nice to have solution implementation knowledge on - ITK, C/C++, Perl, client side customization, SOA services, BMIDE configuration, Dispatcher configuration and customization.
