About this opportunity
As a Senior Technical Application Specialist, specialised in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Power Platform:

Lead a team of Technical Application Specialists (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) handling design of complex engagements, with a focus on predictable delivery and engineering excellence, whilst working in a collaborative and agile environment.

Lead by example by being a hands-on contributor and providing oversight and feedback
-
Work collaboratively with other team members, partners and third parties to support empowered teams who are motivated to solve business problems and realise value for customers.

Provide line-management and personal development support for engineering team members.

What you’ll need:
-
Deep understanding of the entire software development lifecycle and experience in end-to-end delivery of software products.

Experience using Microsoft Technologies with 10+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM on-premises & Dynamics 365 CE:
- Full Customizes Dynamics 365 CRM Applications to meet user requirements.
- Experience in C#, plug-in, custom workflows.
- Experience in developing Web resources (JavaScript, Html, jQuery).
- Experience in Workflows, Business Rules, Actions, Security Rules.
- Experience in Customization, Views, Forms in CRM.
- Strong Knowledge on PowerApps (Model Driven & Canvas) & PowerApps Portal.
- Strong Knowledge on Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI.
- Developing and Managing Custom application and their integrations with Dynamics 365.
- Experience with DevOps (CI/CD, Git Hub etc.).
