We are seeking a Lead Technical Business Analyst to drive the translation of business needs into effective technical solutions within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

List business requirements and translate into User Stories with detailed inputs

Create comprehensive functional requirements and prioritize User Stories for backlog grooming and sprint planning

Liaise between development teams and business partners to ensure clear communication

Facilitate estimation processes by explaining requirements and coordinating team input
-
Ensure transparency of release timelines, features, and scope for Product Owners and Development Managers
-
Manage continuous scope changes using prioritization techniques balancing business and technical priorities
-
Capture and maintain documentation such as BRD, FSD, FRD, and SRS using relevant tools
-
Handle partner User Acceptance Testing and review QA artifacts
-
Collaborate across multiple teams and functions to align on project objectives
-
Communicate requirement ambiguities, dependencies, and scope challenges clearly and factually
-
Support acceptance testing and secure client buy-in through effective stakeholder engagement
-
Advise clients as a trusted partner to resolve conflicts and propose feasible solutions
-
Create and maintain confluence references for artifact management
Requirements
-
7 to 10 years of experience in business analysis
-
Strong experience with Agile SDLC frameworks including SCRUM, Kanban, and SAFe
-
Proven ability as a liaison between development teams and business stakeholders
-
Experience working directly with clients for requirements elicitation and acceptance testing
-
Familiarity with various estimation techniques and facilitating estimation sessions
-
Expertise in managing documentation such as BRD, FRD, SRS using tools like Confluence and TFS
-
Capability to handle continuous scope changes using prioritization techniques
-
Experience conducting partner UAT and reviewing QA deliverables
-
Ability to work across multiple teams and functions ensuring alignment
-
Excellent communication skills for clarifying requirements and resolving scope issues
-
Experience in leading business domains including Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Supply Chain, or Ecommerce
-
Strong stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills
-
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
