The American Red Cross is currently seeking a Lead Tele-Fundraising Specialist to support its fundraising efforts. This is a virtual position, and it can be located anywhere in the United States.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
The Lead Tele-Fundraising Specialist plays a vital role on the Tele-Engagement team within the broader Consumer Fundraising department. The Lead Tele-Fundraising Specialist assists in overseeing inbound and outbound tele-fundraising programs that serve our financial donors. This includes developing, implementing, and monitoring various types of calling campaigns.
The Lead Tele-Fundraising Specialist helps maintain a strong foundation in the fundraising phone channel by designing strategies that enhance donor engagement, increase revenue, and ensure the Red Cross brand remains top of mind. This role requires an experienced professional with strong communication skills (both written and verbal), data analysis and reporting, and collaborative skills. The position reports to the Director, Tele-Engagement & Donor Care.
This position is remote. Operational flexibility to meet sudden and unpredictable business needs, willingness to work outside standard, established business hours, and minimal business travel (5-10%) are required.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business, or equivalent field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
Skills & Abilities: Demonstrated track record of developing and maintaining operational and process initiatives in support of marketing activities is required. Highly developed leadership, oral and written communication skills required. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to assimilate information quickly, analyze problems, and implement solutions required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required. Ability to work on a team.
Travel: May travel and participate in meetings throughout the Red Cross system.

SALARY INFORMATION:
The salary range for this position is $80,000- $90,000

Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have, and a comparison to other employees already in this role.
