Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards while fostering a love for learning.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy, math, and physical education.
- Create lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Manage classroom activities and maintain a structured environment conducive to learning.
- Provide individualized support to students, including those with special needs or requiring early intervention.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social skills and emotional growth.
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, adhering to child welfare standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.

- Strong background in early childhood education with experience working in preschool settings.
