Lead Toddler Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting. As a Preschool Teacher, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child. Your role will involve planning engaging activities, managing classroom behavior, and collaborating with parents to support each child's growth.

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment for all children, including those with disabilities or special needs.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Engage in daily communication with parents regarding their child's experiences and progress.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for children.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom, ensuring it is conducive to learning.
• Provide care for infants and toddlers as needed, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Experience

• Prior experience in preschool education or childcare settings is essential.
• Familiarity with early childhood education principles and childhood development theories is highly desirable.
• Experience working with children with special needs or disabilities is a plus.
• Skills in behavior management, caregiving, and nurturing young children are crucial for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
