Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Lead Toddler Teacher to inspire and nurture our youngest learners. Duties

  • Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring they are developmentally appropriate, engaging, and aligned with early childhood education standards
  • Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and caregivers, promoting teamwork and high-quality care
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of toddlers
  • Foster a safe, inclusive environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management
  • Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children’s progress, milestones, and any concerns
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures and emergency protocols
  • Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and collaborating with specialists as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with toddlers in a daycare or preschool setting with classroom experience in early childhood education
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices for toddler care
  • Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in special education or working with individuals with disabilities are highly desirable
  • Excellent classroom management skills combined with compassionate caregiving abilities
  • Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive, energetic attitude
  • Familiarity with behavior management techniques tailored to young children
