What You'll Do:

• Daily Care & Routine: Manage diaper changes, meals, and nap while maintaining a consistent environment that supports the children's needs (bonus points if you can do it while singing "Baby Shark").
• Early Learning & Development: Follow our educational, age-appropriate curriculum that promotes developmental milestones, including language, motor, and social-emotional growth.
• Communication & Observation: Understand and respond to toddlers’ cues, behaviors, and emotions while keeping families informed through daily updates, photos, and developmental insights.
• Learning Environment: Create safe, engaging opportunities for exploration and play, both indoors and outdoors, that encourage curiosity and independence.
• Health & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets all health and safety standards, ensuring a secure environment for all children.
• Positive Classroom Culture: Dance, sing, read, and laugh every day. (Yes, it’s part of the job!)

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with toddlers (12–24 months)
• Understanding of toddler development and milestones
• Strong communication skills (with both kids and adults)
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for little learners
