Responsibilities

As our Lead Toddler Teacher, you will:

• Work side-by-side with a strong, experienced co-lead teacher to create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Provide a safe, structured, and loving classroom environment for children.
• Support developmental milestones in language, motor skills, and social-emotional growth.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff.
• Ensure classroom compliance with state licensing standards and curriculum implementation.
• Collaborate closely with directors and mentor assistant teachers.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of toddler classroom teaching experience.
• Strong understanding of child development and classroom management for toddlers.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• A genuine love for working with young children and helping them grow!

Compensation & Benefits

• $19.00 – $26.00 per hour, based on experience and education.
