What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead - Transformation-Global RGM join our team at Global RGM Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Support and participate in RGM-driven value creation initiatives,
• Manage the cadence and coordination of Local RGM Meetings,
• Deliver structured and dedicated RGM capability-building sessions,
• Facilitate cross-market RGM knowledge exchange and help establish the global RGM community,
• Support local RGM roll-outs in coordination with process and analytics experts,
• Lead HQ RGM processes, including RGM Performance Management.

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields,
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a relevant role,
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver analytical solutions (e.g. problem structuring, data gathering, analysis, storytelling),
• Strong command of English – both written and verbal,
• No restriction to travel,
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments,
• Follows market trends and emerging technologies,
• Thinks outside the box, flexible and open to innovation,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Strong interpersonal skills and genuine empathy,
• Enjoys collaborating with international and multicultural teams,
• Being open to communication is always our priority.
