LEAD UI / UX DESIGNER

We are looking for an experienced Lead - UI / UX Design to join our team and collaborate with very good English communication skills and directly coordinate with the client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI / UX Design, animation, animation, with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable content-driven websites.

Qualification: AnyUG / PG / Computer Engineering Graduates

Experience: Min. 7+ Years of Experience in UI / UX Design

Working Time: UK Time (2pm to 10pm)

Job Description & Skill Set:

• Create user-centred designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring an intuitive and visually appealing user experience.
• Develop visually impactful designs for digital media, including icons, illustrations, and infographics, using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Produce engaging animations and motion graphics for digital applications, using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
• Build interactive prototypes to showcase designs and user flows using tools like Figma.
• Establish and maintain a consistent visual language, including color schemes, typography, and UI components.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, conducting usability testing and refining solutions accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the visual and functional aspects of our products.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in design and animation tools, including Figma, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive design practices.
• Experience in creating engaging animations for UI elements, explainer videos, or interactive content.
• Excellent skills in visual storytelling, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively incorporate feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
