We are seeking an experienced Lead for Venue Technology Management to oversee all technology systems within our cluster of premier venues. This strategic role involves leading the installation, maintenance, and operation of all ICT, AV, and ELV equipment, ensuring seamless performance for both world-class events and daily operations. You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of technology services, providing technical leadership to the venue ICT team, and acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. This position requires hands-on coordination with event organizers to deliver bespoke technology solutions, from overlay installations to real-time event support. The ideal candidate will excel at managing complex projects, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining robust venue technology infrastructure to the highest standards.

โธ 12+ years of experience in ICT and AV/ELV system implementation, maintenance, and support, preferably in sports venues or for large-scale events.
โธ Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
โธ Proven expertise in core venue technologies: CCTV, Access Control, turnstiles, public address (PA) systems, IPTV, and broadcasting infrastructure.
โธ Demonstrated experience in an IT management role within a large-scale venue or hospitality environment.
โธ Experience managing the complete lifecycle of technology services, including Preventive (PPM) and Corrective (CM) maintenance.
โธ Experience overseeing the installation and integration of temporary event overlay ICT systems with permanent venue infrastructure.
โธ Proficiency with formal project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools for complex technology deployments.
โธ Strong technical leadership skills with experience guiding and mentoring a venue ICT team.
