About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Videographer to drive our video content strategy and oversee end-to-end video production. This role is ideal for a creative leader who combines strong technical skills with storytelling expertise and the ability to manage projects, guide junior team members, and deliver high-quality visual content across multiple platforms.

As the Lead Videographer, you will take ownership of video production from concept to final delivery, ensuring all content aligns with brand standards, creative direction, and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, shooting, and production of high-quality video content for marketing, digital, and social platforms
  • Own the full video production process, from concept development to final delivery
  • Direct and mentor junior videographers and production assistants
  • Oversee camera setups, lighting, audio, framing, and on-set production workflows
  • Edit and finalize videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Apply advanced color correction, sound design, transitions, and visual effects when required
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and content teams to bring concepts to life
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, storytelling goals, and quality standards
  • Manage video assets, file organization, backups, and project timelines
  • Stay current with video trends, platform requirements, and emerging production techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Multimedia, Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in videography and video production
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects and/or DaVinci Resolve preferred)
  • Advanced understanding of camera systems, lighting setups, audio recording, and composition
  • Experience producing content for digital platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and websites
  • Strong storytelling ability with a creative and strategic mindset
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience leading or mentoring junior creatives
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or visual effects
  • Experience working with brand campaigns or commercial content
  • Ability to contribute creatively during concept and campaign planning
