We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Lead Videographer/Editor to elevate our visual storytelling and content creation efforts. In this dynamic role, you will spearhead the filming, editing, and post-production processes for a diverse range of projects, including promotional videos, social media content, corporate communications, and creative campaigns. Your expertise will help craft compelling narratives through innovative videography and meticulous editing, ensuring each piece resonates with our audience. As a leader in visual content production, you will collaborate closely with creative teams to develop high-quality visuals that align with brand standards and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, filming, and editing of video projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring high production quality and adherence to deadlines
• Oversee all aspects of post-production including color correction, sound design, motion graphics, visual effects, and video stabilization using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and Avid
• Manage and maintain video equipment including cameras, lighting gear, stabilizers, and audio devices to ensure optimal performance during shoots
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to integrate photography, typography, and graphic elements into videos for maximum visual impact
• Supervise a team of videographers and editors when applicable; provide mentorship to foster skill development and ensure consistent quality standards
• Coordinate filming schedules, location scouting, permits, and logistics to streamline production workflows
• Maintain organized project files using content management systems and FTP platforms for efficient access and sharing across teams

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a lead videographer/editor with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video production and editing across various formats
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, Cinema 4D, Maya (for 3D animation), Adobe Bridge, Adobe InDesign, Capture One, and other relevant software tools
• Strong knowledge of post-production techniques such as color grading (Adobe Lightroom), photo editing (Photoshop), photo manipulation, motion graphics (After Effects), 2D/3D animation (Maya), and content management systems
• Experience in filming using professional cameras and lighting equipment; familiarity with videography best practices for different environments
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with creative teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of FTP platforms for file transfer and content distribution is preferred
