Job Description: Lead Visual Content Editor (Full-Time)

Job Summary: The DeLaMode is looking for a sophisticated Lead Visual Content Editor to serve as the primary architect of our digital aesthetic. This role requires more than basic editing; we need a technical expert capable of merging raw, high-end footage from our UK operations with local production to create a seamless, world-class brand narrative. You will be responsible for the final "look and feel" of the brand, ensuring every asset published meets the uncompromising standards of international luxury fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cinematic Post-Production: Take full ownership of the editing process for all video content, including high-conversion Reels, brand films, and social media campaigns. You must demonstrate mastery in pacing, rhythmic editing, and visual flow that aligns with "Elite Luxury" standards.
• Advanced Color Grading & Sound Design: Transform raw footage into polished masterpieces. You are responsible for professional color correction (to ensure product colors are accurate and luxurious) and immersive sound design/music curation that enhances the storytelling experience.
• Strategic Content Adaptation: Seamlessly integrate and refine raw content provided by the international team (UK) with on-site production. You will be tasked with creating a cohesive visual language that bridges our global roots with our local audience.
• Technical Quality Control: Conduct rigorous audits on all assets before they leave your desk. You must ensure zero technical lapses in resolution, framing, or compression, maintaining a "premium-only" standard for the brand’s digital storefront.
• Digital Asset Management: Organize and manage a centralized library of all raw and final visual assets, ensuring the brand’s history and current campaigns are easily accessible and professionally archived.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics, specifically within the fashion, luxury, or high-end lifestyle sectors.
• Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. Knowledge of Photoshop for subtle image retouching is a plus.
• Aesthetic Sensitivity: A deep understanding of "Quiet Luxury" and high-fashion visual trends. You should know how to make a product look expensive through timing and visual texture.
• Efficiency & Economy: Proven ability to manage high-volume content pipelines without compromising quality. You must be able to deliver polished results within tight deadlines.

• Location: DHA Phase, Lahore (On-site).
• Working Hours: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
