Role Description

We are looking for a data-driven, strategic, and execution-focused Head of Growth to architect and scale our customer acquisition engine. In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end growth strategy for our dual ecosystem: AhyaOS and Tawazun.


This is not a traditional sales role; it is a holistic growth function. You will operate at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, responsible for building the digital infrastructure that drives qualified demand. While our Business teams secure strategic alliances and enterprise frameworks, you will own the digital battlefield—ensuring that Ahya dominates the online conversation, captures high-intent traffic, and converts interest into revenue through automated, optimized funnels.


You will act as a "Player-Coach," capable of crafting high-level commercial strategies while simultaneously diving deep into SEO structures, ad campaign optimization, and funnel analytics.


Core Responsibilities


I. Growth Strategy & Commercial Architecture

  • Design and execute a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy that integrates Inbound Marketing, Product-Led Growth (PLG), and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to drive revenue for both SaaS subscriptions and marketplace transaction volume.
  • Define and refine Ahya’s value proposition across different segments (SMEs vs. Enterprise) and regions (KSA, UAE, Pakistan), ensuring alignment with national visions (e.g., Saudi Vision 2030, UAE Net Zero 2050).
  • Utilize market insights and competitive intelligence to evaluate and optimize pricing models, maximizing market penetration and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).


II. Online Marketing, SEO & Demand Generation

  • Search Engine Authority: Own the organic search strategy. Move beyond basic content to build Topic Clusters and Pillar Pages that rank for high-commercial-intent keywords (e.g., "Scope 3 reporting KSA," "Carbon Tax UAE"). Implement "Answer Engine Optimization" (AEO) to ensure Ahya is the cited source of truth for AI-driven search.
  • Performance Marketing: Manage the paid acquisition budget with a focus on ROAS/ROI. Execute sophisticated campaigns across:
  • LinkedIn Ads: ABM campaigns targeting C-suite decision-makers (CSOs, CFOs) in high-emissions sectors.
  • Google Ads: High-intent search campaigns capturing active buyers.
  • Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of high-value "Trust Engineering" assets—Technical Whitepapers, ESG Reporting Guides, and Calculators—that serve as powerful lead magnets to nurture enterprise prospects.


III. Conversion Funnel & Customer Journey Optimization

  • Full-Funnel Ownership: Map, measure, and optimize the entire "Bowtie" funnel—from Acquisition and Activation to Retention and Expansion.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Rigorous A/B testing of landing pages, sign-up flows, and calls-to-action (CTAs). Minimize friction in the "Request a Demo" and self-serve onboarding paths to maximize Lead-to-Opportunity conversion rates.
  • Marketplace Liquidity: Design specific "supply-side" and "demand-side" digital campaigns for Tawazun to ensure a healthy balance of project developers and corporate buyers.


IV. Data Analytics, Tech Stack & Operations

  • Growth Infrastructure: Select, implement, and manage the Marketing Technology Stack (CRM, Marketing Automation, Analytics, Attribution tools) to ensure seamless data flow and accurate attribution.
  • Metric Mastery: Relentlessly track and report on unit economics, including CAC, LTV, Payback Period, Churn Rate, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). Use these insights to reallocate budget and pivot strategies in real-time.
  • Forecasting: Provide data-backed revenue forecasts and pipeline analysis to inform company-wide strategy.


V. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate intimately with Product, Climate Science, and Business teams to ensure marketing promises align with product capabilities. Feedback market insights to Product to inform roadmap prioritization.
  • Brand Stewardship: Enhance Ahya’s brand equity, ensuring consistency in voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.


Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Performance Marketing, with at least 3 years in a B2B SaaS environment. Experience in Climate Tech, Fintech, or Enterprise Software is highly preferred.
  • The "Full Stack" Marketer: You are strategic enough to present to the Board but technical enough to audit a Google Ads account, write SQL for data extraction, or set up GA4 events yourself.
  • Deep Channel Expertise: Proven mastery of LinkedIn Ads (B2B targeting), Technical SEO, and Email Automation.
  • Analytical Rigor: You live in the data. You understand attribution models (First-touch, Multi-touch) and know the difference between "Vanity Metrics" (likes/traffic) and "Revenue Metrics" (SQLs/Pipeline).
  • Regional Nuance: Familiarity with the MENAP business landscape (Saudi Vision 2030, UAE Net Zero) and the ability to tailor strategies for this region is highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills: An entrepreneurial "builder" mindset. You are comfortable with ambiguity, move fast, and are willing to get your hands dirty.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. MBA is a plus.
