Revelyst Golf Technology is seeking a Lead Web Developer to guide the design, development, and optimization of our next generation of web applications. In this role, you will provide both technical leadership and hands-on development expertise, ensuring our web platforms are scalable, secure, and deliver an exceptional user experience. You will work closely with engineering leadership, product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to define architecture, set standards, and execute high-impact projects used by customers worldwide.
This position reports to the Creative Director and is based out of our San Diego office.
As a Lead Web Developer, you will have an opportunity to:
Architect, design, and implement complex, scalable web applications and APIs.
Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices for the development team.
Make high-level technical decisions regarding frameworks, tools, and infrastructure.
Drive efforts to improve performance, reliability, maintainability, and security.
Lead technical planning, estimation, and execution for major product initiatives.
Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Coordinate across teams to identify and resolve dependencies, risks, and blockers.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to high-quality engineering standards.
Build responsive UI components
Mentor junior and mid-level developers to elevate technical proficiency.
Provide guidance on design patterns, code structure, and problem solving.
Help shape the engineering culture through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
You have:
5–8+ years of professional experience developing and maintaining web applications.
Expert-level proficiency with C#, .NET Core / .NET 5+, and modern web technologies.
Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
Proven ability to architect scalable systems and lead development initiatives.
Solid understanding of OOP/OOD, software architecture, and design patterns.
Strong database experience (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps workflows.
Demonstrated success mentoring developers and leading cross-functional projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
You May Have :
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Familiarity with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), or distributed systems.
Experience integrating third-party services, APIs, and authentication systems.
Knowledge of web accessibility, localization, or performance optimization and Golf.

Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $136,000.00 - $150,000.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
