Leadership Trainer – Digital Transformation & Innovation (Arabic Speaker)

Athar Academy – Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly qualified Part-Time Trainer/Consultant to deliver the specialized program:

“Empowering Leaders in the Era of Digital Transformation & Innovation.”

Key Focus Areas:

• Modern leadership in hybrid and remote work environments

• Digital transformation strategies and innovation management

• Change management and crisis leadership

• Future foresight and scenario planning

Requirements:

•* *Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD in Leadership, Management, Innovation, or Digital Transformation is preferred)

**• **Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in leadership, management, or executive training with government Sector in UAE

**• **Proven track record in delivering executive/leadership programs, preferably within government or leading organizations

**• **Internationally recognized professional certifications in leadership/innovation (preferred)

**• **Strong facilitation and communication skills

This is a Part-Time / Project-Based opportunity, with the possibility of long-term collaboration in future programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
