Leads Generation Executive

LINKITSOFT is seeking a skilled Sales Leads Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills and the ability to engage prospects with a results-driven, goal-focused approach. We are looking for professionals with experience in cold calling and email marketing who are motivated to generate leads, drive sales performance, and consistently exceed targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calling activities and implement targeted email outreach campaigns to identify, engage, and convert potential clients for software solutions.
• Apply effective cold calling and email marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and cultivate long-term relationships with prospective customers.
• Assess client needs and clearly communicate the features, benefits, and overall value of the company’s software products and services.

Requirements:

• Dependable, collaborative, and capable of performing effectively within a team-driven environment.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, with a strong focus on telemarketing and email marketing for software solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, managing, and executing successful B2B sales campaigns.
• Practical, hands-on experience with lead scraping and executing cold outreach strategies.
• Strong command of cold calling techniques and results-oriented email marketing practices.
• Excellent negotiation abilities supported by a confident, persuasive, and professional communication style.
