Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as Leads – Quality Control. In this role, you will ensure that all incoming sales leads are accurate, complete, and of high quality. You will monitor, evaluate, and maintain lead quality to maximize conversion rates for our real estate sales team.

This role is crucial to ensure our sales executives work with verified, actionable, and high-potential leads, improving overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and verify incoming sales leads for accuracy and completeness
  • Categorize and prioritize leads based on quality and potential
  • Maintain high lead quality to improve sales conversion rates
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to track lead performance
  • Identify patterns in poor-quality leads and recommend improvements to lead generation processes
  • Maintain detailed records of lead status, feedback, and outcomes
  • Prepare regular reports on lead quality and trends

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in sales support, lead management, or real estate operations
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate lead quality
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
