About the role

We are seeking a Lean Improvement Specialist to drive continuous improvement across our logistics and supply chain network. In this role, you will champion a culture of continuous improvement, leverage data-driven insights to eliminate waste, and implement robust processes that scale.


Job Responsibilities

  • Drive Process Excellence : Map current-state operational workflows and leverage data analysis alongside on-site observations to identify cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
  • Lead Lean Initiatives : Spearhead continuous improvement projects across logistics, warehousing, sorting, and transportation using standard Lean methodologies.
  • Establish Operational KPIs : Develop and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the direct financial and operational impact of your improvement projects.
  • Standardize Best Practices : Architect and maintain comprehensive process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and operational policies to sustain improvement outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless implementation of change management and new process plans.
  • Innovate continuously : Stay ahead of industry trends, adopting emerging technologies and innovative operational solutions to elevate our logistics capabilities.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Education : Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
  • Language : Good spoken and written English skills are preferred.
  • Experience : Experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, Lean production, or process improvement is a plus.
  • Process Improvement : Good understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies to resolve operational issues.
  • Data Analysis : Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret operational data, and measure project results.
  • Project Management : Ability to plan, manage, and execute improvement initiatives from initiation to completion.
  • Soft Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
