Lean Six Sigma Lead

The ideal candidate will be someone who brings structure, discipline, and repeatability to execution and has a proven track record of driving process improvement at scale.

Location: Onsite [Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Multan & Faisalabad]

Responsibilities:

• Own and run process frameworks and operating models across the organization
• Drive Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement initiatives end-to-end
• Design and implement SOPs, governance models, KPIs, and control mechanisms
• Establish execution cadence, performance reviews, and accountability
• Partner with Automation and BI teams to embed processes into systems and dashboards
• Work cross-functionally with multiple teams and senior stakeholders to standardize ways of working

Requirements:

• 7–8+ years of experience in:
• Process Excellence
• Operations
• Business / Digital Transformation
• Continuous Improvement
• Proven experience owning and running process frameworks, not just advising
• Strong background in process improvement, optimization, and standardization
• Comfortable working across multiple teams, geographies, and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to bring order and scalability to complex operations
