The Uptime Institute Data Center Academy: KSA provides industry-leading training and development opportunities linked to employment for Saudi Nationals within the rapidly growing data center sector. Role Summary

As a Learner Experience Coordinator, you will play a central role in delivering a high-quality experience for both learners and employers, from recruitment through to graduation. You will support key operational aspects of the academy, including candidate onboarding, assessments, program logistics, and facility management. This role requires excellent coordination and people skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple stakeholders including employers, candidates, and academic partners.


Roles & responsibilities

Learner Journey & Employer Coordination

  • Coordinate candidate recruitment processes in collaboration with employers and academic partners.
  • Support the onboarding of employer partners into academy workflows, including training expectations, learner tracking, and assessment procedures.
  • Oversee and manage the candidate assessment and placement process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate and employer queries throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on learner engagement, confidence, and competency development across the program.
  • Support the allocation of learners to appropriate career pathways and employer placements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for learner welfare and support needs, escalating more complex concerns in line with academy policies and procedures.


Program Administration & Assessment

  • Track and report on learners’ progress in both academic and on-the-job (OTJ) training components.
  • Organize and support the delivery of End Point Assessments (EPA), including scheduling and invigilation.
  • Maintain accurate learner records and documentation in line with compliance and funding requirements.
  • Support the implementation and daily use of candidate tracking systems and learning management tools.
  • Coordinate the collection of learner and employer feedback at key program milestones to support continuous improvement initiatives.


Facilities & Equipment Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of classroom and lab environments, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of practical training equipment and consumables.
  • Support technical teams with equipment maintenance and setup where necessary.


Skills (Required)

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple cohorts and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Familiarity with candidate tracking software and/or learning management systems (LMS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to escalate challenges appropriately.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and learner success.


Qualifications & Experience (Desirable)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a coordination, program delivery, or learner support role—ideally within a vocational or higher education setting.
  • Experience engaging with employers and academic institutions is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s vocational education and workforce development ecosystem is an advantage.
