Title: Program Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Duration: 12 Months



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, Oversee and coordinate multiple delivery streams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and successful delivery.
  • Oversee and coordinate daily activities throughout the program life cycle, ensuring all tasks are on track and addressing any emerging issues promptly.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams.
  • Develop detailed project plan outlining timelines, milestones, deliverables and continuously monitor progress against plans, identifying deviations and advise corrective actions as necessary.
  • Identify potential risks and issues early in the program life cycle.
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies and corrective measures to minimize their impact, ensuring continuous progress toward program goals.
  • Define performance standards and provide feedback for project team members.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed of program progress, changes, and any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure transparent and timely communication to maintain stakeholder trust and engagement.
  • Assure that all program deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Issue the monthly status report.


Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in program or project management roles, including large-scale, multi-disciplinary transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of program governance frameworks, delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid), and resource/budget planning.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and align delivery teams with business objectives.
  • Experience managing project portfolios, reporting frameworks, and organizational planning processes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in risk and issue management, planning tools, and performance tracking.
  • Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
