Key Responsibilities:

Own the planning and execution of program activities, applying structured thinking and agile delivery approaches.

Drive and facilitate the implementation of the L&D Plan, infusing best practices and thought leadership

Craft a learner-centric experience that leaves participants engaged, supported, and excited about their growth journey

Drive program activities with precision, ensuring seamless execution
-
Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to elevate the learner experience
-
Design and launch learner surveys and feedback loops; interpret results to drive continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:

10-15 years of deep domain expertise in designing and managing L&D operations for leadership programs.

A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Talent development and Learning & Development initiatives for high potential employees

Strong data analysis skills for impactful communication with leadership

Ability to work effectively in an agile, evolving environment and create actionable storylines

Exceptional collaboration across levels, geographies, and functions

Strong organizational skills in a culturally diverse environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Creative problem solver with high intellectual curiosity

Certification in talent development or relevant HR certifications is a plus
Additional Preferred Qualifications:

MBA in HR or L&D certification

Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
