Learning and Development Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the planning and execution of program activities, applying structured thinking and agile delivery approaches.
• Drive and facilitate the implementation of the L&D Plan, infusing best practices and thought leadership
• Craft a learner-centric experience that leaves participants engaged, supported, and excited about their growth journey
• Drive program activities with precision, ensuring seamless execution
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to elevate the learner experience
• Design and launch learner surveys and feedback loops; interpret results to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of deep domain expertise in designing and managing L&D operations for leadership programs.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Talent development and Learning & Development initiatives for high potential employees
• Strong data analysis skills for impactful communication with leadership
• Ability to work effectively in an agile, evolving environment and create actionable storylines
• Exceptional collaboration across levels, geographies, and functions
• Strong organizational skills in a culturally diverse environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Creative problem solver with high intellectual curiosity
• Certification in talent development or relevant HR certifications is a plus

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA in HR or L&D certification
• Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint

· City: Gurgaon – DLF Phase 5 , Gurgaon

· Mode : Hybrid out of which 3 days will be work from in office

· Assignment duration -6 months(Extendable basis performance)

· Start date Immediate
