What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Learning & Development Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of training initiatives across the company. This individual will manage logistics, scheduling, and communication for a variety of learning programs while partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

This is an ideal opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for employee development.

This position will primarily office out of our Houston campus, but travel to other dealership locations may be required occasionally.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

  • Coordinate and manage logistics for training programs, workshops, and events (virtual and in-person)
  • Own scheduling across multiple stakeholders, including executives, managers, and external partners
  • Develop and distribute training communications, invitations, reminders, and materials
  • Create and manage detailed program itineraries and agendas
  • Track attendance, maintain training records, and generate reports
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless program delivery
  • Support project planning and execution for L&D initiatives and special projects
  • Manage learning calendars and ensure alignment across departments and locations
  • Assist in evaluating program effectiveness and gathering participant feedback
  • Maintain organization of training resources, documentation, and systems

The opportunity is for you if you have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a corporate or professional environment (HR, training, events, or operations preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience coordinating schedules and logistics across multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with LMS platforms or project management tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
