Job Summary:
The Training Coordinator handles the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs and workshops delivered through external providers, ensuring alignment with the association’s objectives and member development needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate training programs, including schedules, logistics, and materials.
- Coordinate with external training providers on course delivery, agreements, and schedules.
- Support the development of training plans and program structures based on member needs.
- Collect and analyze training requirements from members and stakeholders.
- Provide training details and schedules to the marketing team for promotion.
- Manage participant registration, communication, and feedback processes.
- Maintain training records, attendance data, and evaluation reports.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and quality standards.
- Maintain training documentation in a centralized repository.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training coordination or learning and development.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems.
- Experience in event or program coordination is an advantage.
Additional Information:
- Experience working with external training providers is preferred.
- Priority consideration will be given to GCC nationals.
