Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Assistant to support our HR and Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should be locally present in Bahrain, ready to join immediately, and possess practical recruitment experience with good knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Post job vacancies on Indeed and other job boards; manage and update job listings.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in internal systems.
- Ensure all recruitment practices and documentation comply with Bahrain Labour Law and company policies.
- Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offers.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation in line with local legal requirements.
- Support HR team with onboarding tasks and documentation for new hires.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
- Good understanding of Bahrain Labour Law and recruitment compliance practices.
- Experience posting jobs on Indeed and other online job portals.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and recruitment tracking tools.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to join immediately and work on‑site in Bahrain.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or recruitment databases
