HR GENERALIST

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Generalist to manage and support HR operations across the organization. The ideal candidate should be based in Bahrain, ready to join immediately, and possess a strong understanding of Bahrain Labour Law to ensure compliance in all HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, attendance, and employee administration.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings on Indeed, resume screening, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure HR policies, employment contracts, and documentation comply with Bahrain Labour Law and internal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, including HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, labor regulations, and employee relations issues.
  • Assist in performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review.
  • Support HR projects, initiatives, and employer branding activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, work permits, and visa regulations.
  • Experience posting jobs on Indeed and managing recruitment processes.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Immediate availability and residence in Bahrain.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS/ATS systems and HR reporting.
  • HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
