Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
- Design and oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
- Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce planning
- Manage payroll coordination, compensation reviews, and benefits administration
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and company culture development
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 3–5 years of proven experience in HR Generalist or HR Manager role (preferably in IT/Tech industry)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, performance management, and HR operations
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and decision making abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS systems
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
