HR Manager

About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
  • Design and oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce planning
  • Manage payroll coordination, compensation reviews, and benefits administration
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and company culture development
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in HR Generalist or HR Manager role (preferably in IT/Tech industry)
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, performance management, and HR operations
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and decision making abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS systems
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
