ADMIN & HR MANGER

To manage overall administrative operations along with human resource functions including hiring, attendance, employee management, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth and efficient company operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Staffing
  • Hire skilled (machine operators, supervisors) and unskilled (laborers, loaders) workers.
  • Conduct interviews, manage onboarding, and maintain employee records.
  • Employee Relations
  • Handle grievances, maintain discipline, and resolve conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and factory rules.
  • Payroll & Benefits
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, overtime, and wage distribution.
  • Manage provident fund, EOBI, social security, and other statutory benefits.
  • Training & Development
  • Organize safety training, skill development for machine operators, and compliance workshops.
  • Administration
  • Supervise security, transport, canteen, and accommodation facilities for workers.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day factory operations (utilities, supplies, maintenance).
  • Compliance & Audits
  • Maintain HR documentation for labor inspections.
  • Prepare reports for management on workforce productivity and HR metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
