Job Overview
One of our client is looking for a competent HR Officer to manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance management, employee records, and general HR administration. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and ensure smooth HR processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and time management system.
- Maintain and update employee files, HR database, and documentation.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with departments regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor employee discipline, attendance issues, and compliance.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant attendance and leave data.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
- Maintain confidentiality of HR records and employee information.
- Assist management with HR reporting and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of attendance management and HR administration.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is preferred.
