Experience & Skills Required:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant HR Operations experience in a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance (EOBI, SESSI, PF, etc.)
- Experience handling blue-collar and contractual workforce.
- Hands-on experience in attendance, shift management and payroll coordination.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle employee grievances.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, shift management and manpower deployment.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding of staff, operators and other workforce.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, overtime, incentives, and wage processing
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions and employee relations.
- Support performance management, training coordination and engagement activities.
- Liaise with contractors, labor consultants and government authorities when required.
- Support audits and inspections related to HR and statutory compliance.
