Executive - HR Operations

Experience & Skills Required:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant HR Operations experience in a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance (EOBI, SESSI, PF, etc.)
  • Experience handling blue-collar and contractual workforce.
  • Hands-on experience in attendance, shift management and payroll coordination.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle employee grievances.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, shift management and manpower deployment.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding of staff, operators and other workforce.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, overtime, incentives, and wage processing
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions and employee relations.
  • Support performance management, training coordination and engagement activities.
  • Liaise with contractors, labor consultants and government authorities when required.
  • Support audits and inspections related to HR and statutory compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
