Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Female HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of human resource management processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and hiring processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Coordinate interviews and onboarding of new employees
  • Support HR policies and company procedures
  • Handle employee queries and HR-related tasks
  • Assist in attendance and performance record management

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or a similar role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR practices and office management
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally
