Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Assist senior management in HR and communication-related projects.
• Assist in preparing external communication (announcements, presentations) for our B2B and B2C.
• Support company communication across social media and corporate channels.
• Assist in recruitment processes & maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in payroll, attendance, and leave management.
• Handle day-to-day employee queries and escalate when necessary.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication flow.
• Maintain media contact lists and assist in outreach activities.
• Support in maintaining company guidelines across all communication platforms.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management / media communication or a relevant field is desirable.
• Familiarity with labor legislation, proficiency in using spreadsheets, strong organizational skills, and good verbal and written communication abilities.
• Recruitment Experience will be a plus but not mandatory.
• 1-2 years of HR experience in managerial role
