Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist senior management in HR and communication-related projects.
- Assist in preparing external communication (announcements, presentations) for our B2B and B2C.
- Support company communication across social media and corporate channels.
- Assist in recruitment processes & maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Handle day-to-day employee queries and escalate when necessary.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication flow.
- Maintain media contact lists and assist in outreach activities.
- Support in maintaining company guidelines across all communication platforms.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management / media communication or a relevant field is desirable.
- Familiarity with labor legislation, proficiency in using spreadsheets, strong organizational skills, and good verbal and written communication abilities.
- Recruitment Experience will be a plus but not mandatory.
- 1-2 years of HR experience in managerial role
