Chinese Translator Cum Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Description:

1. Bilingual Communication & Translation: Serve as the core business partner to our Chinese Country Manager. Provide daily oral and written translation (Chinese-English) to ensure accurate and smooth communication among Chinese management, the local Pakistani team, and external partners.

2. Local Business Development Support: Assist the Country Manager with local business development and operations in Pakistan. This includes, but is not limited to, partner negotiations, local vendor communication, and liaising with government agencies for localization matters.

3. Team Management Assistance: Support the Country Manager in the daily operations and management of the local post-lending team (including collections and customer service), ensuring business targets and KPIs are met effectively.

4. Management Trainee & Business Learning: Deeply learn and understand the company's credit business models and operating processes. This position is designed as a core local management reserve. Through initial assistant duties, you will be systematically groomed to step into an independent local management role in the future.
