Job Description:

The Supporting Associate will be responsible for coordinating business development and marketing initiatives. He will assist in developing suitable marketing tact’s, prepare proposals/documents, as well as analyse business and marketing metrics. The ideal candidate should be able to keep abreast of the latest industry trends.

Responsibilities:

· Focus on understanding customer needs, expectations, while exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

· Systematically compile data, provide insights, and present findings in a structured manner ensuring all relevant details are covered, while adhering to organizational standards.

· Delve deep into market dynamics, discerning emerging trends, scrutinizing business performance metrics, and refining pricing strategies, all with the goal of amplifying sales and marketing efforts.

· Regularly analyse current market conditions, customer feedback, and sales data to produce detailed forecast reports, offering insights and recommendations for future actions to the company's decision-makers.

· Design, iterate, and implement tailored strategies that cater to the unique challenges and opportunities faced by the business development team, ensuring they meet their targets efficiently.

· Collaborate closely with creative and content departments to ensure the production of high-quality, relevant, and engaging advertising content that resonates with our target audience.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.

· Minimum 1 year experience .

· Excellent Interpersonal and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
