Sales Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Support management of client accounts, including enterprise and mid-sized customers
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Identify potential sales opportunities in cybersecurity and IT services
  • Assist in upselling and cross-selling solutions such as network security, endpoint security, and cloud services
  • Understand basic client requirements and coordinate with technical/pre-sales teams for solution development
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal submissions
  • Support the sales team in achieving assigned targets
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline and records
  • Stay aware of basic cybersecurity concepts, market trends, and company offerings
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and good client communication

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or IT support roles
  • Basic understanding of IT and cybersecurity concepts (training or coursework is acceptable)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in cybersecurity and enterprise sales
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
