About The Role

The Partnerships Assistant supports the end-to-end execution of Nysonian’s creator partnerships pipeline, ensuring seamless coordination across all stages of collaboration. This role owns day-to-day operations including creator sourcing, outreach, onboarding follow-ups, script collection and approval routing, and tracking deliverables through content submission and final review. Working closely with Content Review, Creative, Order Management, and Finance teams, the role requires strong organizational discipline, proactive follow-up, accurate tracking, and clear communication to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and on schedule.

What You Will Do

• Creator Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard creators aligned with campaign briefs, ensuring a consistent inflow of qualified talent into the pipeline.
• Outreach & Engagement Execution: Conduct structured, high-volume outreach across channels, maintaining responsiveness and conversion across creator communications.
• Onboarding & Coordination: Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of requirements, clear communication of deliverables, and adherence to timelines.
• Script Management & Approval Workflow: Collect, review, and route creator scripts for internal approval, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and managing revisions to completion.
• Pipeline Tracking & Operational Reporting: Maintain accurate, real-time tracking of all creator activities, proactively flagging delays, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Creative, Content Review, Order Management, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution and information flow across all stages.
• Quality & Compliance Oversight: Ensure creator outputs meet brand standards and compliance requirements, escalating risks or performance issues where necessary.
  
  

Who You Are

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in operations, marketing, communications, or partnerships.
• Communication Excellence: Strong written communication skills with a clear, professional, and confident tone.
• Organizational Discipline: High attention to detail with the ability to manage structured workflows, trackers, and multiple moving parts.
• Tools & Systems Proficiency: Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and maintaining accurate, real-time tracking systems.
• Execution Consistency: Ability to handle high-volume, repetitive follow-ups while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Strong ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams and manage dependencies effectively.
• Preferred Exposure & Traits: Experience in influencer/UGC operations or creator ecosystems is a plus, combined with strong ownership, proactive communication, urgency, and the ability to stay structured under pressure.
