Affiliate & Strategic Partnerships Manager (Onsite)

Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 4, Karachi

Shift: Night Shift

• 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

• 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate & Strategic Partnerships Manager to build and scale our affiliate marketing efforts across multiple industries and platforms — not limited to traditional affiliate networks.
This is an onsite position for someone who can think beyond standard affiliate platforms and create revenue-generating partnerships from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies across various industries
Identify and onboard affiliates from:

• Influencers & content creators
• Agencies & freelancers
• Industry-specific platforms
• B2B partnerships
• Local and international businesses
• Create custom commission structures and performance models
• Build affiliate systems outside traditional networks
• Negotiate and close partnership deals
• Track performance, optimize conversions, and scale high-performing partners
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align growth strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing or partnership development
• Ability to build affiliate systems beyond platforms like ShareASale or CJ
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Deep understanding of performance marketing models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
• Analytical mindset with ability to track ROI and optimize campaigns
• Experience working across multiple industries is a strong plus
