Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and empathetic professional to lead student selection, institutional partnerships, and admissions. This role will act as a key bridge between students, educational institutions, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth, supportive, and compliant journey from selection through placement and ongoing education.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the student selection process, including interviews, assessments, and final decisions.
• Identify and secure admissions in suitable schools/universities, ensuring strong student-institution fit.
• Act as education guardian (where required) for admission and academic coordination purposes.
• Build and manage relationships with educational institutions and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for students, ensuring guidance, support, and well-being.
• Monitor student progress and proactively address academic or personal challenges.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all policies and safeguarding standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Psychology, HR, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in student admissions, counseling, partnerships, or program management.
• Strong interviewing, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and handle sensitive situations.
• Experience working with educational institutions and managing admissions processes is preferred.

Pay: From Rs150,000.00 per month
