We are looking for a Senior People & Culture Partner who can help scale a high-performance organization during rapid growth.
This is not a traditional HR role. We’re looking for someone who understands how to build strong teams, reinforce a high-ownership culture, and implement people systems that enable speed, accountability, and excellence.
The ideal candidate has experience in startup or high-growth environments, understands how elite teams operate, and can balance people experience with business performance.
You will work closely with leadership to shape hiring strategy, culture, performance management, and people operations while ensuring the organization scales without losing its edge.
Partner with leadership to design and maintain a high-performance culture.
Help define and reinforce company values, behaviors, and performance expectations.
Drive initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, and team effectiveness.
Oversee and optimize core HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle management.
Ensure people policies and practices support a fast-moving startup environment while maintaining clarity and fairness.
Maintain accurate employee records and internal systems.
Implement structured performance management frameworks that drive accountability and development.
Work with managers to define clear role expectations, career paths, and growth plans.
Support leaders in managing team performance and resolving organizational challenges.
Collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to align hiring with company growth priorities.
Help design scalable hiring processes and talent evaluation frameworks.
Contribute to building strong talent pipelines for future growth.
Act as a trusted partner for employees and managers across the organization.
Help resolve challenges proactively while maintaining a culture of ownership and responsibility.
Drive initiatives that strengthen team alignment, transparency, and communication.
Track and analyse key people metrics such as retention, hiring velocity, and team performance.
Use data-driven insights to guide leadership decisions related to team structure and growth.
5+ years of experience in People & Culture, HR, or People Operations roles.
Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.
Strong understanding of performance management, organizational development, and people strategy.
Ability to balance people empathy with high-performance expectations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High ownership mindset with strong execution ability.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, OR
Equivalent professional experience in People Operations / HR leadership roles.
